Thought I'd report to you that, once again, your CUE file does not work (with VLC for Windows). The Flac file plays OK. So the user will either have to cut the long Flac into sections, or play all of it, or find a utility that will do this automatically. As I have said here before, CUE files are very fussy; few players utilize them; and the "standard" is VLC. I have NO idea what player you are using that actually works with the cue file created, as your file says, by Magicx, or what OS it is for. But either there is something wrong with the file, or the Flac contains something, such as a non-standard intro, that wrecks the process. I would personally appreciate it if you could possibly document HOW you are correctly playing the Cue file; with what media player; and on what OS.

The cue file works perfectly well. It's a standard cue file with nothing unusual in it at all. Just look at it in any text editor.

Ignore this anonymous raving buffoon.

VLC is NOT the universal standard for everything. It's just another video/audio player that happens to be commonly used. It's quite good at playing a lot of file formats, but doesn't interpret standard cue files well. Lots of players use cue files perfectly well, eg Foobar2000 (this cue file works with Foobar).

(You can tell instantly this guy's a crank because he rants about not knowing what OS the cue was created on, but doesn't bother telling us which windows or VLC versions he's using, and blames everyone else for things going wrong with what he's doing.)

Meanwhile, MANY THANKS TO GUIDO!!!! -- for all the fantastic music he shares with us! It's very much appreciated (at least by most of us).

Ok, I use vlc, foobar and many other software. Usually, when I have problems (it doesn't happen often) I look for other software and everything works. I honestly don't understand why blame someone when providing a readable file. Sometimes I get an aiff, ogg, wma format, but it doesn't seem like a big problem, the same as opening the cues and modifying them at will. I don't understand, really.
